How much do I need to invest?

We have properties that require as little as £4000 to get on the market. There is no upper limit.

What returns can I expect?

We offer a fixed percentage return on investment (ROI) for most of our projects which will always be far greater than what can be found on the high street. All monies will be paid back to you either monthly or as a lump sum at the end of the contract period.

How long before I see a return?

Typically, all funds are returned to you between 12 and 24 months. This will be decided on prior to any exchange of monies and written into contracts.

What due diligence is done to ensure security and legitimacy?

JJP Solutions Ltd conduct due diligence on all our partners and would expect investors to do the same when investing with us (references can be supplied). Further to this we only invest with those based in the UK and insist on at least 1 face to face meeting prior to signing contracts.

What happens if JJP Solutions Ltd cannot source a tenant?

We guarantee the rental for the term of our lease with you regardless of occupancy so you will always be paid.

How do I know my property will be looked after?

We understand what it takes to become a property owner and your concerns in leasing it to a company (known as a Corporate Let). We will be contractually obliged to return the property to you in the same condition (as a minimum).

What is a House of Multiple Occupancy?

These are larger houses that are used to house groups of individuals such as NHS staff, students or contractors.

What is Serviced Accommodation?

A popular alternative to a hotel, a SA can be a property of all shapes and sizes that can be used as temporary accommodation for tourists.

How will you ensure the property is maintained?

Our maintenance and cleaning team will visit the property regularly. For houses used as an HMO this will be every 2 weeks and for SAs our cleaners will visit between each booking to clean and check the property.

How much time will I need to spend sourcing and vetting tenants?

We will source and manage all tenants. This includes dealing with any emergencies surrounding utilities, access etc.
